This notice covers the website tandemlab.si. The Tandem Lab app at its own address has its own terms and privacy information.
Who we are
The website is run by The Sharinglab Ltd (Tandem Lab is a Sharing Lab company), registered in England and Wales, company number 16048814. Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
For anything about your personal data, write to tandemlab@thesharinglab.com.
What the website does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- It loads nothing from other companies: fonts, images and code are all served from our own server.
- It has no forms and no accounts. The “Tandem Lab App” button takes you to the app.
What our server records
Like every web server, ours writes a short technical log of each request: your IP address, the time, the page asked for, your browser type and the page that linked to us. We use it only to keep the site running and secure (our legitimate interest under the UK GDPR), and it is deleted after a limited period unless it is needed to investigate a security problem.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and, if we end up working together, to run that work. We keep it only as long as we need it for that.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to tandemlab@thesharinglab.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If the website starts doing something new with personal data, for example adding a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice first.
